Dear God,
I come to You just as I am.
I know that I’ve sinned and I need Your forgiveness.
I believe that Jesus is Your Son, that He died on the cross for my sins, and that He rose again.
Today, I turn from my old life and choose to follow You.
Please come into my heart, make me new, and guide me every day.
I receive Your grace, Your mercy, and the gift of eternal life.
