Tap into small places with no online presence. Ask at barbershops or corner stores who quietly feeds locals. Faith centers often know where leftovers or shared meals are served daily.

Check truck stops during non-peak hours. Some gyms offer trial day passes. Ask soup kitchens for hygiene bags, toothbrushes, socks, or baby wipes — often stored in back closets.
