This Terms of Use and Privacy Policy governs your access to and use of our website, including all features such as static building pages, live chatrooms, threads, postings, suggestions, vaults, leaderboards, and more. By accessing or using Kingdom Vault, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our services.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, browsing, posting, chatting, or participating in any future features (e.g., prophecy boards, vaults, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Kingdom Vault reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes posted on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kingdom Vault. By using the site, you represent that you meet this age requirement, are not barred from receiving services under applicable laws, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. No Responsibility for User Actions or Third-Party Services

Kingdom Vault is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or content of its users or guests, including any harm or loss resulting from interactions on the site (e.g., chatrooms, threads, vaults). We utilize third-party services such as Wix (hosting), Stripe (payments). Kingdom Vault is not liable for any issues, interruptions, or damages arising from these third-party services, including but not limited to data breaches, payment failures, or service outages. Users agree to abide by the terms of service and policies of Wix, Stripe, and any other third-party providers used by Kingdom Vault, as applicable.

4. No Returns or Refunds

All purchases, including memberships, are final and non-refundable. Kingdom Vault operates as a digital platform with no physical goods, and all transactions are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). No refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be issued unless explicitly required by applicable law.

5. User Conduct and Community Standards

Kingdom Vault is a Christian community rooted in love, respect, and biblical principles (e.g., Galatians 5:22-23). We have a zero-tolerance policy for harmful or illegal behavior. The following are strictly prohibited across all features (e.g., chatrooms, threads, postings, suggestions, vaults, leaderboards):

• Bullying and Harassment: Verbal, emotional, or psychological abuse, including insults, targeted attacks, or persistent unwanted contact in chats, threads, or live interactions.

• Threats and Violence: Any content or behavior that threatens harm, violence, or intimidation, including direct or indirect threats.

• Sexual Content and Exploitation: Sharing or soliciting sexually explicit material, including pornography, suggestive content, or any form of sexual solicitation.

• Human Trafficking and Luring: Any activity related to trafficking, exploitation, or luring individuals (e.g., for sexual, labor, or other purposes).

• Baiting and Bots: Intentionally provoking others (baiting) or using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to manipulate site features (e.g., XP farming, vault solves).

• Scams, Phishing, and Extortion: Fraudulent activities, including scams, phishing attempts to steal user data, or extortion (e.g., demanding payment or favors under threat).

• Trolling, Spamming, and Soliciting: Repetitive, off-topic, or disruptive content, including unsolicited advertisements, external links, or non-Christian material (e.g., secular promotions).

• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content or behavior promoting discrimination, hostility, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Kingdom Vault enforces zero discrimination in alignment with local and international laws.

• Inappropriate Content: Material inconsistent with Christian values (e.g., profanity, violence, adult content) in any form (text, images, videos).

• Limits on Activity: Excessive posting (more than 10 messages/hour), multi-accounting, or exploiting features (e.g., vault repeats, XP farming) will trigger automated limits or bans.

We encourage respectful, uplifting behavior—kindness, encouragement, and support—across all interactions (e.g., live chats, prophecy boards, suggestion boxes). Violations will result in immediate action, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans at Kingdom Vault’s sole discretion.

6. Zero-Tolerance Enforcement and Reporting to Authorities

Kingdom Vault employs automated systems and manual oversight to monitor all activities (e.g., chatrooms, postings, PIXL usage, vault entries). We have a zero-tolerance policy for severe violations:

• Immediate Banning: Users engaging in bullying, threats, sexual content, trafficking, luring, scams, phishing, extortion, or hate speech will be immediately banned without prior warning.

• Reporting to Authorities: Violations involving illegal activities (e.g., trafficking, extortion, threats, scams) will be reported to local (Alberta/Canada) and international authorities, as applicable, with full cooperation in investigations, including sharing relevant user data (e.g., IP addresses, logs) as required by law.

• Standard Enforcement Process: For other violations (e.g., trolling, spamming):

  1. A warning is issued via Wix Inbox, detailing the violation and a 24-hour correction period.

  2. Failure to comply results in a 7-day suspension of account privileges (e.g., chat access, posting rights).

  3. Repeated violations lead to a permanent ban, with data retained for legal purposes.

Banned users forfeit all virtual assets (e.g., SPARK, XP, badges) without compensation. Appeals may be submitted to support@kingdomvault.ca, subject to review. Guests (non-registered users) are protected by these standards, with access limited to public pages until registration; disruptive guests may be blocked from public features.​

 

7. Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to laws on privacy, anti-discrimination, anti-trafficking, cybercrime, and intellectual property. Kingdom Vault will cooperate fully with law enforcement to ensure compliance and protect the community.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Kingdom Vault (e.g., building pages, animations is owned by Kingdom Vault and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of this content without express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use within the site.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Kingdom Vault provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, or interruptions in service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes damages resulting from user interactions, third-party service failures (e.g. Stripe), or unlawful user conduct. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the past 12 months. Guests use public features at their own risk.

 

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kingdom Vault, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property, privacy).

 

11. Termination

Kingdom Vault may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these terms (e.g., harassment, vault exploitation, illegal activity). Upon termination, your access to all services and virtual assets will cease immediately, and no compensation will be provided. Guests may be blocked from public features if found to be disruptive.

 

12. Governing Law 

Kingdom Vault is committed to protecting your privacy with the highest standards of Christian stewardship and in compliance with applicable laws (e.g., PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR where applicable, and or international).

 

13. Information We Collect

We collect:

• Personal Data: Name, and email, for accounts and transactions. Payment data collection is handled with Stripe payments NOT Kingdom Vault / kingdomvault.ca.

• Demographic Data: Age, sex, and location (if provided during signup or profile creation).

• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and logs (e.g., chat history), for functionality, moderation, and legal compliance.

• Optional Data: Profile details (e.g., character class, favorite verse) shared voluntarily.

 

14. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to:

• Deliver and enhance features (e.g., PIXL, leaderboards, chatrooms).

• Ensure compliance with community standards and laws (e.g., automated moderation of threads, postings).

• Send updates or support messages to your email, but only at your explicit request (e.g., via opt-in during signup or profile settings).

We will never use your data for any other purpose beyond what is necessary to operate Kingdom Vault and fulfill your requested communications.

 

15. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or disclose your data (including email, age, sex, location, or any other personal information) in any way, shape, or form, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Third-Party Processors: We use trusted third-party services (e.g. Stripe for payments) to provide technical functionality. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for any other purpose.

• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our community (e.g., in response to a court order, subpoena, or law enforcement request related to trafficking, extortion, or other illegal activities). We will cooperate fully with local (Alberta/Canada) and international authorities as required.

We prioritize your trust and will take all reasonable steps to ensure your data remains private and secure.

 

16. Data Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards (e.g., encryption, access controls, secure servers) to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no online system is fully secure, and you use the site at your own risk. Guests’ public interactions are monitored for safety and compliance. “We implement encryption and weekly backups, retaining data for 5 years post-closure per PIPEDA.”

17. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for essential functionality and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve site performance and user experience. You may disable cookies via your browser settings, though this may limit features (e.g., PIXL responsiveness, vault tracking).

 

18. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is identified, it will be deleted immediately upon notice, and we will cooperate with authorities if the data suggests illegal activity (e.g., luring, trafficking).

 

19. International Users

If you access Kingdom Vault from outside Canada, you are responsible for complying with your local laws. Data transferred to Canada will be protected under Canadian law (e.g., PIPEDA). By using the site, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of your data in Canada.
