Addiction doesn’t always look like a needle or a bottle It might be the mom hiding behind wine. The teen drowning in a screen. The husband burning paychecks on sports bets. The wife smiling through pain, popping pills to stay numb. The man building muscles to feel worth. The girl starving herself to feel seen. The pastor glued to porn in secret shame.

This thread is for all of them. All of us.

This is where chains snap and truth speaks.

🛐 This is where prayer meets pain, and Jesus sits in your mess.

Whether it’s substances, screens, shopping, self-hate, sex, control, gambling, validation—or anything else that owns you—this thread is the fire. You throw your chains in here and walk away lighter.

Jesus sees every addiction for what it is: a cry for peace in a broken world. He doesn’t flinch. He doesn’t shame. He says, “Come to me.”
